oh how I've missed you! Seriously I've missed all of you and catching up with your fun lives! Let's be honest when life gets busy the ol' blog gets neglected and forgotten...maybe not forgotten, it's always in the back of my head! I don't even want to begin to play catch up it gives me way to much anxiety! So here is a VERY SMALL RECAP of our lives!
Matt loves his job...YEAH! He gets to hang out with old people all day, making his life quite entertaining! We're crossing our fingers and saying our prayers this New health care reform doesn't go much further...it would be quite life altering for us and odds are Matt would be out of a job! But that's just a small bump in the road we call life...
I am quite the busy little homemaker/ Hair gal! Thanksgiving is always a busy time of year for business, but I tell you what the last month I have not had time to breath my clients have been keeping me so busy! This is a good and bad thing...my house is a disaster and my kids have been neglected and they may or may not had days where they stay in their pj's ALL day:)
Gracie and Easton are obviously two of the most adorable kids I know:) They keep each other entertained ALL day...I tell you what, I am so blessed to have them in my life! Gracie is too smart for her own good and asked me why we had to pretend there was a Santa! What??? Break my heart, she is only 4 years old! It doesn't make sense to her that he can come down our chimney with all her toys!
Easton is our little devil and breaks everything in sight! In his head he thinks he can take things apart and put them back together...(nice try buddy you're only 3 and you have an idiot as a mom) The things never manage to get back together!
Our house is coming together quite nicely...it still has work but in a few short months we'll finally be finished with all the "TO DO's" on our list! We've knocked out cupboards, re fished cupboards, ripped out our front yard and cut down some massively ugly trees. Next on our list is hard wood floors in the main living area and new carpet in the kids bedrooms and refinishing our counter tops! Thinking about this is making me tired! I'll post before and after pictures as soon as we finish!
So...I'm sure you're all thinking "what a boring post," lets be honest I only like reading the blogs that have lots of pictures! For some reason our computer won't read my SD card so you're S.O.L...The only picture I haveis one my friend emailed me and it was from NEW MOON!
I went down to Utah this year for NEW MOON! (What can I say I'm a treky) My mom and sister took Gracie and Easton on Thursday and Matt worked from home on Friday! It was the most relaxing 2 day vacation I have ever taken! I drove down with my good friend Katie, we spent the first day shopping then met up with ALL (10) the other girls for dinner and games in our hotel that night! While sitting there playing games I realized I somehow managed to buy 15 other girls movie tickets and forgot my own...OOPS! I freaked out for a bit but managed to get one more ticket from my client who had rented out the Theatre! THANK GOODNESS...I would of hated to send a girl home:) The movie was great, the company was great....GO TEAM EDWARD!!!
(I HAVE NO CLUE WHY THE PICTURES WON'T FLIP)
